Standard, manual controls located at the base of the appliance behind the removable fret drawer. A popular upgrade offered on the Verine Midas HE gas fire is a slide control feature. This consists of a lever located on the right, top side of the trim and enables you to switch the fire on/off and fully adjust the flame height without the need to bend right down.
With both radiant and convected heat, the Verine Midas HE does not require any additional ventilation such as an air-vent. As well as improving efficiency, the glass-front on the fire also reduces heat in the room being lost up the flue or chimney.
